The Highview Foundation
At inception, the Founders of Highview jointly and equally transferred equity of Highview Enterprises Limited to charity. Today, the Highview Foundation owns about 15% of the Company. It has no preferential rights over other shareholders and its shares are voted by the three Founders.
The objects of the Foundation will be to support sustainable “not for profit” energy-related projects, health and education in the least served communities.
